We hope that you spent a good week at the SPI 2009 Workshop and we invite you to come back next year in Hildesheim. Despite the lower participants (53) due to the crisis, the workshop was of a very high level. The conference chairs would like to thank all of you. During the last twelve years, the IEEE Workshop on Signal Propagation on Interconnects has been developed into a forum of exchange on the latest research and developments in the field of interconnect modeling, simulation and measurement at chip, board, and package level. The event is also meant to bring together developers and researchers from industry and academia in order to encourage cooperation. In view of the last years success the committee is looking forward to the 13th IEEE Workshop on Signal Propagation on Interconnects where world class developers and researchers will share and discuss leading edge results in Strasbourg, France.
