Information
The Geo.br (ISSN 1519-5708) is a serial electronic publication, open to the geoscientific community in Brazil and abroad. It was conceived by lecturers/researchers of the Geology Department of the School of Mines of the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto.
It corresponds to is an electronic publication, available only on the Internet, which makes available a wide range of existing multimedia resources.
The main purpose of Geo.br is to provide a rapid but systematic medium for publication of works by geoscientists whose papers are in the fields of Earth Sciences as related to the environment. The main fields are:
- Sedimentology, Stratigraphy and Paleobiology,
- Structural Geology and Tectonics,
- Mineralogy and Petrology,
- Lithogeochemistry and Isotopic Geochemistry,
- Economic Geology and Metallogenesis,
