Physiologie du développement et réponses aux facteurs de l'environnement (basses températures, pesticides, stress hydrique, pathogènes) chez la vigne

Mots clés : métabolisme des glucides, relations trophiques, mobilisation des réserves, floraison, fructification, modèles expérimentaux d'étude, herbicides, fongicides, azote, indicateurs de stress.

Techniques utilisées : culture au champ, en serre ou en hydroponie; dosages enzymatiques; mesures d'échanges gazeux (LiCor, oxymétrie); PAGE (1D, 2D); étude du statut hydrique des plantes (potentiel hydrique, osmotique);

Extraction, purification, identification et quantification des substances bioactives (solutés compatibles, polyamines, glucosinolates) des plantes côtières halophytes
