Seconded staff members will have to conclude a "secondment agreement" as soon as they arrive at their host institution.
If you would like a Word version of this agreement sent to you, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
This agreement will have to be signed by the "Employer" (the seconded staff member's institution) and by the supervisor at the host institution, in three original copies.

Once signed by all parties at the beginning of your stay, a scanned copy will be sent to the coordinator at the following address: email@example.com.
Your employer and the hosting institution will each keep an original copy of the secondment agreement. The third copy will have to be sent to the coordinator at the following address:
