HCERES

The High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (Hcéres) is a French independent administrative authority. It is responsible for evaluating higher education institutions and groupings, scientific cooperation foundations and the French National Research Agency (ANR), It also responsible for evaluating research units, programmes and degrees offered by higher education institutions and conducting a posteriori evaluation of investment programmes and private bodies receiving public funding for research or higher education.

Deputy director

Laboratory ICI (EA2652)
From September 2008 to October 2011

The laboratory ICI was a research lab in management at the Université de Bretagne occidentale. It gathers professors, lecturers and PhD students from many graduate and undergraduate business schools. In 2017, the lab was renamed : LEGO.

The institut d'administration des entreprises (IAE) is the Université de Bretagne Occidentale business school. It delivers undergraduate and graduate courses (bachelors and masters) in management topics (finance, accounting, marketing, human ressources, information systems and so on).

From 2002 to 2005

This PhD deals with a new corporate governance based on legitimacy. This legitimacy is redefined by social and environmental influences supported by socially responsible (SR) funds. However, we find a strong link between financial conception and SR criteria. In the French case, asset managers tend to create bond funds when markets are bearish and to create stock funds when markets are bullish. At last, we demonstrate that SR funds don’t outperform nor underperform traditional funds and indexes.

From April 2010 to April 2022

Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is a French cooperative banking group. CMA Home Loans SFH is a subsidiary in charge of refinancing mortgage loans by issuing covered bonds. Covered bonds are debt securities backed by mortgages or public sector loans. Unlike ABS or CDO, mortgages remain consolidated in issuer’s balance sheet.
