MICROWAVE MODULATION ON OPTICAL CARRIER:
APPLICATION TO OBJECT DETECTION
IN DIFFUSING LIQUID MEDIA

Objective

Discrimination in the frequency plane of the optical response of the propagation medium (low-pass type) and that of the object to be identified (band-pass type).

Application to the detection of objects in medium diffusing environments (c < 1 m-1).
