Description of the facilities :

The technical facilities for Purification and protein-protein interaction (PPI) studies in Brest, called PurIProB, was created in the
UMR Inserm 1078 (Brest), under the direction of Pascal Trouvé (PhD, engineer, Inserm).

PurIProB is aimed to supply a technical help based on materials and human to external labs for the design and the production of
purified proteins. We also propose expertise to characterise the purified proteins by electrophoresis (1D or 2D) and by Surface
Plasmon Resonance to measure PPI. Protein localisation by immunoflurescence is also proposed.
