Launch of the project in Plouguerneau, at France Haliotis' premises and near the cultivation tanks, where it all begins! Most of the partners discovered seaweed farming in land-based tanks for the first time, had initial discussions about the launch of the project, visited the press, then headed to the Culinary Production Unit at Brest University Hospital to meet the kitchen and pastry teams, who were delighted to join the research project and meet the partners!
