Every six months, the partners meet to discuss the project's progress and build relationships. This second meeting took place in Vannes at the University of South Brittany. Members of the Scientific, Economic and Social Council (CESES) were invited to an evening presentation and discussion over a buffet prepared by Les Potes Au Feu, attended by Virginie Dupont (President of UBS from June 2020 to March 2025).
An algae cooking workshop was held with Ti Bezhin in the university laboratories, followed by an evening tasting session!
