Techniques utilisées : Zootechnie : Mise en place et maintien d'un élevage de Mollusques en bassins, Aide aux cultures phytoplanctoniques (Chaetoceros, Isochrysis), Alimentation des bacs d'élevage à partir de cultures algales
Oxymétrie : Mesure des consommations d'oxygène en fonction du régime alimentaire, Evaluation des niveaux métaboliques

Sujet : " Contribution à l'étude de la biologie des populations de deux grandes algues brunes Turbinaria ornata (Turner) J. Agardh et Sargassum mangarevense (Grunow) Setchell, proliférant sur les récifs de Polynésie française ".

Autonomie sur le terrain (permis de navigation, Brevet Elémentaire de plongée) : Mise en place d'un dispositif de mesure in situ de la dispersion des zygotes - Ensemencement et suivi in situ des zygotes - Suivi in situ de l'installation de Turbinaria ornata dans un nouveau environnement (atoll de Moruroa).
Culture en aquarium : Maintien en laboratoire des zygotes
Histologie : mise en place d'un protocole ajusté aux macroalgues
